Our Two-Button Black Slim Wool Tuxedo is made to measure by JJ's Tailor in Hong Kong, cut to your numbers rather than to a standard size. Jacket and trousers are made together, so the black-tie look is consistent from top to bottom.

When to wear it

Cloth and colour

A black cloth is the formal choice, and one that carries naturally into the evening. It is shown in wool, a natural fibre that breathes well, drapes cleanly and holds its shape through the day. Tell us if you would like another cloth or colour and we will talk you through what is possible.

Cut and finish

It is pictured with a two-button front and a slim-fit cut. On the jacket, choose straight or cutaway pockets, decide on flaps, and add a ticket pocket if you want one. The lapel can be notched or peaked, and double-breasted jackets are made with a peaked lapel. On the trousers, you can add turn-ups at the hem if you like them.

Ordering starts with a conversation. Get in touch and tell us what you would like; we will suggest cloths and confirm the details with you. We can measure you in person at our showroom in Kowloon, Hong Kong, or at a fitting on one of our tailoring trips. A fitting generally takes 15 to 20 minutes.
