Check Wool Jacket is one of our men's jackets, made to your own measurements in Hong Kong. As a stand-alone jacket it gives you freedom to mix and match across your wardrobe. Behind every garment is a family tailoring house in Hong Kong that has been serving clients for about 30 years.

The cloth

The check is a way to add character while staying smart, where the scale and the colours decide how formal it feels. The cloth shown is wool, a natural fibre that breathes well, drapes cleanly and holds its shape through the day. The designer lets you pick from our fabric collection, so you can keep this colour or change it to suit you.

Details you can choose

Here is what you can decide when you make this jacket your own:

• Back vent: single or double
• Pockets: straight or cutaway, with or without flaps, plus an optional ticket pocket
• Lining: from our lining collection
• Front: single-breasted (one, two or three buttons) or double-breasted (four or six)
• Cut: normal, tailored or loose

How ordering works

Everything is chosen on screen, with cloth, lining and details first, then your measurements, then your cart. Measurements are entered at the end. Follow our how-to-measure page to take them yourself, or see us in person on a tailoring trip.

As a rule of thumb, a comfortable cut suits heavier winter cloth, while a snugger cut works well in summer cloth.
