Silk Waistcoat

Overview

The Silk Waistcoat is made to order by our family tailoring house in Hong Kong, to your own measurements. It is cut close to the body, so it sits flat and holds its line when you sit down.

The cloth

The cloth shown is silk, a fine fibre with a soft sheen. Look at the photograph for colour and texture; those are the two things a picture shows best. Prefer something different? Swap the cloth for another from our fabric collection when you design it online.

Making it your own

Think of the photograph as a starting point, because the details are yours to decide. In the designer you can choose:

• Stitching: top and bottom stitching
• Front: single-breasted (four, five or six buttons) or double-breasted (four, six or eight)
• Back: fabric or lining

How to order

Start online with the Customization button: it guides you through cloth, lining and details and your measurements, one step at a time. Measurements are entered at the end. Follow our how-to-measure page to take them yourself, or see us in person on a tailoring trip.

At a fitting you try the garment on and we make any small adjustments before it is finished.
