The cloth

On pattern, tartan is a heritage pattern that works best when the rest of the outfit stays quiet. Lighter cloths suit warm weather and travel, while heavier ones come into their own in winter. You choose the cloth yourself in the online designer, so the one in the photograph is a guide to colour and style rather than a limit.

Making it your own

Stitching can be set at the top and bottom edges. You decide the shape of the hem: straight, pointed or rounded. Pick two, three or four pockets. Choose half or full straight darts for the shape. Pick the lining from our collection.
