Meet the Checked Double-Breasted Suit: a checked two-piece suit with a double-breasted front, tailored in Hong Kong and made for one wearer, you. You receive the jacket and trousers as a pair, and either piece can also be worn on its own with other clothes.

Cut and finish

The version in the photograph has a double-breasted front. Think of the photograph as a starting point; the details are yours to decide. Among the choices we make are:

• Jacket lapel: notched or peaked
• Jacket sleeve buttons: two to five, regular or kissing
• Jacket cut: normal, tailored or loose
• Trouser waist: belt loops, side tabs or buckle side adjusters
• Trouser turn-ups: optional

Fabric and colour

Check is a way to add character while staying smart, where the scale and the colours decide how formal it feels. The colour and cloth in the photograph show the look we have in mind, and the fit comes from your own measurements. Tell us if you would like another cloth or colour and we will talk you through what is possible.

Occasions

How to order

To order, contact us with the cloth, colour and details you have in mind, and we will guide you from there. Fittings are held in Hong Kong and in the cities we visit on our trips; each takes about 15 to 20 minutes and begins with a full set of measurements.
