Six-Button Check Double-Breasted Suit

Overview

Our Six-Button Check Double-Breasted Suit is a checked two-piece suit with a double-breasted six-button front. Like everything we make, it is cut to your measurements rather than to a standard size. The suit comes as a matching jacket and pair of trousers, cut from the same cloth.

Cloth and colour

On pattern, check is a way to add character while staying smart, where the scale and the colours decide how formal it feels. Plain colours are the easiest to mix and match, and patterns add character where you want it. Not sure about the cloth? We will show you options and help you decide, in person or by email.

Cut and finish

The photograph shows a double-breasted six-button front. For the jacket, at the back there is a choice of a single vent or double vents. Add either full stitching or stitching on the lapel alone. The front can be single-breasted with one, two or three buttons, or double-breasted with four or six. For the trousers, there are four front pocket shapes: slanted, straight, square and diagonal.

Where to wear it

Ordering and fittings

To order, contact us with the cloth, colour and details you have in mind, and we will guide you from there. Fittings are held in Hong Kong and in the cities we visit on our trips; each takes about 15 to 20 minutes and begins with a full set of measurements.

At a fitting you try the garment on and we make any small adjustments before it is finished.
